Gulf Air, the sole National carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has launched its direct flight services to Hyderabad from today. Hyderabad has been one of our favorite destinations in the expansion plans for quite some time and I am glad we are able to link Hyderabad- the IT and bio-tech hub with business friendly Bahrain, said Gulf chief executive officer Bjorn Naf . Hyderabad is the eight Indian destination and we hope to expand further he said. The daily non-stop service between Bahrain and Hyderabad will be served by an Airbus A320-200 with business and economy class providing two way connectivity to many other markets. Nearly 80 percent of the tickets have been booked for the first month for the flights coming to Hyderabad Hashim Mahmood Gulf Air director Network said. Gulf Air Operates over 275 flights per month offering as much as 50000 seats to eight Indian destinations- Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Trivandrum
